New to Agent Star Academy


Welcome to Star Academy!

We are excited that you have decided to participate in our Online Training Program. If you are a current Star2Star Reseller, Installing Agent or Agent, please follow the instructions below to register for a new account. Please make sure you are using the correct URL.


Agents: agent-staracademy.talentlms.com
Installing Agents and Resellers: staracademy.talentlms.com


Select the Signup button from the menu at the top of the screen.
Enter your information in the form.

  1. First name (Enter your name as you would like it to appear on course certificate
  2. Last name (Enter your name as you would like it to appear on course certificates)
  3. Email address (Your business email is required for validation purposes)
  4. Username (Can be email or something else of your choosing)
  5. Password
  6. Category (Please select Agent for Agents and Dealer for Resellers or Installing Agents)
  7. Company Name (Please list your Company Name not Star2Star)
  8. Address, City, State and Zip (Please provide your company address in these field)
  9. Phone (Please provide the best contact phone number to reach you)
  10. Do you currently have access to the Star2Star Portal (Select Yes or No)
  11. Supervisors Name and Email if Portal Access is not established (This helps us to quickly validate your account if you are not a registered user on the company account)
  12. Select the Create Account button

Your Star Academy account will need to be activated by a Star2Star Learning Management Administrator.  Accounts can take up to 24 hours (business hours) to activate but are usually activated within just a few minutes.


We must validate that you have a current Reseller or Agent Agreement with Star2Star before authorizing access. If you are not a current Reseller or Agent of Star2Star, the Star2Star Sales Team will reach out to you to get the necessary information to get you started.  If you are an current Star2Star Partner but not listed on the Partner Record, we will reach out to the business owner to get authorization to have you added to the Partner Record. Once we receive authorization from Sales and/or your company, we will immediately authorize your account so you can begin taking training. 


Once your account is authorized, you will receive an email from TalentLMS (where our content is hosted) notifying that your account has been authorized and you are now able to login and begin taking training on Star Academy.  Please be sure to check your junk mail, as sometimes the mail is not received in your Inbox.
